Chelsea Hall

Chelsea is originally from Sydney, Australia and has called Queenstown home since 2016. With formal training in hospitality and hotel management, she transitioned to the property management sector in 2021 and has been a valued member of the Bayleys team ever since.

Now General Manager of Be Our Guest Holiday Homes, Chelsea oversees operations, guest services, and property performance – driven by a real passion for raising the bar in short-term rental management.

Chelsea has built her career around delivering high standards, efficient service, and memorable guest experiences. She also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, ensuring your investment is in expert hands. 

Senior Holiday Home Manager

Harriet Warren

Born and raised in Queenstown, Francesca completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Otago in 2023 and is excited to be beginning her career in her hometown. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry and has been a part of the team at Bayleys Property Management since early 2024. 

Francesca is excited to apply her skills to her new role as Holiday Home Manager at Be Our Guest Queenstown, where she aims to create exceptional experiences for guests. Her friendly demeanour and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset in ensuring a seamless stay for everyone.

 In her spare time, you’ll often find Francesca enjoying the outdoors in Queenstown. Whether its skiing down the slopes in winter or hiking the local trails in summer, she loves staying active and exploring the natural beauty of her hometown.

Holiday Home Manager

Holly Kennard

Originally from South Africa, Holly grew up there before immigrating to Auckland, New Zealand in 2007.

Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing and spent two years working at Starship Children’s Hospital, developing a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and care.

Seeking a new challenge, Holly transitioned into luxury hospitality, where she built her career in yachting and progressed into senior housekeeping and leadership roles.

Her experience managing high-value environments has given her a deep understanding of maintaining properties to an exceptional standard while ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.

Outside of work, Holly is an avid outdoorswoman who enjoys hiking, swimming, diving, kayaking, and exploring nature.

Guest Services Coordinator

Cole Williamson

Originally from Perth, Cole moved to Queenstown to be surrounded by the mountains.

He brings a range of experience in HR, customer service and hospitality. If not in the office, you will find Cole hiking in the backcountry or on the golf course!

Passionate about the Queenstown lifestyle, Cole enjoys helping guests make the most of their time in the region, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and well looked after from arrival to departure.

Cole supports the holiday home managers and day-to-day operations.
