Now General Manager of Be Our Guest Holiday Homes, Chelsea oversees operations, guest services, and property performance – driven by a real passion for raising the bar in short-term rental management.
Chelsea has built her career around delivering high standards, efficient service, and memorable guest experiences. She also holds a Level 4 Certificate in Residential Property Management, ensuring your investment is in expert hands.

Harriet is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Be Our Guest Holiday Homes, bringing a unique mix of healthcare and property experience to her role.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, specialising in paediatric intensive care, and spent four years at Starship Children’s Hospital. Seeking a new challenge, Harriet moved to London in 2023, where she transitioned into property and worked her way up from Building Manager to Head of Lettings, gaining extensive experience in residential property management and client relations.
Back in New Zealand, she combines her clinical and property backgrounds to deliver a high-standard, thoughtful approach to holiday home management. Harriet is passionate about supporting owners and creating seamless experiences for guests, treating every property as if it were her own.

He brings a range of experience in HR, customer service and hospitality. If not in the office, you will find Cole hiking in the backcountry or on the golf course!
Passionate about the Queenstown lifestyle, Cole enjoys helping guests make the most of their time in the region, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and well looked after from arrival to departure.

Joey is originally from Canada and brings an international perspective shaped by living and working across Canada, Australia, and now New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business and Digital Arts, providing a strong foundation in problem-solving, creativity, and communication.
With a background in hospitality and UX design, Joey is passionate about understanding people’s needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality service. He is approachable, detail-oriented, and focused on creating positive experiences for both property owners and guests.
Outside of work, Joey enjoys unwinding with a good book, hiking, swimming, and discovering new TV series.
